over too fast

Another week of "vacation" over today. Work was ok, despite my team leader being gone. Apparently some person, somewhere, is fervently working on trying to get together the batch of retention bonuses that I am supposedly in. So, disappointed though I was not to have it on this last paycheque, they assure me it's coming.

I tried playing through Metal Gear Solid while I was off, but didn't get very far in, mostly due to my extreme suck factor. I'm just not very good at that game. Which is a shame, because I really like the idea of sneaking around and snapping necks, I'm just too clumsy to do it without being noticed.

Unfortunately, I don't have a PS1 memory card, so if I'm gonna play through that game, it has to be done without turning off the Playstation. And I just don't think that's gonna happen, so I'll probably just have to wait until I pick up a PS3 before I try playing through that series.
